There
are numerous of unpleasant side results that can accompany energy work.
Remember that energy, such as stress knots releasing from muscles and organs
and emotional issues released, must go anywhere. Sometimes this energy can
manifest as heat, angriness, anxiety or depression. These types of energies can
also show as happiness, uncontrollable frivolity, uncontrollable crying and so
on.
It's
important to make sure to give yourself space for a few of this energy to
express and be released. I am going to occasionally go for a drive and just
start crying for no evident reason, that can be disturbing if you understand
that it's just an energy outlet. My spouse and i also make an effort to have a
good laugh a lot, work away a lot and even occasionally go for a drive and
curse at everyone I know (on a mountain back highway in the privacy of the
vehicle).
We
are likely to hook up emotional reactions to the people in our lives, or
incidents that happen, which is merely not always the circumstance!
Sometimes
it's the turn back, the event is really because we desire a release and
subconsciously we were creating a catalyst (an argument with an other half for
instance) allowing that release.
Taking
more control of how you release these energies can have a very positive impact

relaxed, happy, caring energy as far as possible.

I
actually don't put these safety measures here to discourage anyone, but simply
to help you be aware of some of the more common problems. Many Chi Qong
teachers insist that students be closely led with a competent educator and I
don't don't agree. On the other hands, it's not necessarily feasible to try to
find a 'competent teacher' as many of us are restricted by time, finances or
geography.
Be
careful, take note and pay attention to your intentions. Don't be in a hurry
and don't allow your anticipations get your ass into something that your head
can't get you away of. There are a LOT of resources online today as well as
discussion groups. Sort through all of this with an open mind and remember that
occasionally is actually like the blind men trying to describe the elephant. We
all will vary pieces of the puzzle, quite simply.
